Player Valuation: £70m
With all the talk of Everton merchandise, the club shop and suchlike, it reminded me of something I wanted to ask before.

Are there any biographies, autobiographies or just plain old books about current/recent Everton players? I've seen there's one about Duncan coming out soon, but other than that I can't find anything. There don't even seem to be any Moyes ones.

I know it wouldn't be strictly Everton merchandise, but you know, it'd boost the profile. If there was a biography of Mikel or Cahill or any of the other players who have been around for a while, I'd buy it.

Ya mar does a good book lid.

I dont think so tho mate, our players are far to busy to write books, MAYBE if Moyes was to leave, then maybe they will write books about how EVIL he was. :D

Fernandes biography written by me and ToxtethBlue is out soon.

Yea right, as if you 2 retards could write more than 2 pages each, here let me help you.

Man Tranny Fernados, born 66/66/66, in Portugal. Played for Benfica, then wanted to play for Portsmouth, so he went there, they saw how crap he was so sent him back. He then joined Everton and dazzled with his step overs and fancy braids. Then he went proper snide and jibbed Everton off to join Valencia.

Valencia realised he was [Poor language removed], so Everton the mugs took him back, he was so bad that Moyes didnt want to sign him for 1m, so he went back to Valencia, where he opened up a shop selling robbed watches and taught the local children to throw bottles at the police.

The End.

a must have for any blue

That will sell a million copies in the fiction section.

Ever tried Amazon?

There's no Arteta or Cahill ones because....they're not high profile enough and havent won anything or have an infamy (ala Ferguson)

I meant specifically ones about individuals. That's my point tho, surely there's enough of a market to publish a book about one of our players. If Carragher can have one, I don't see why Cahill can't. It'd sell to Evertonians and Aussies. I just expected there to be at least one, even if it was a [Poor language removed] one.

Carragher's got one because he's a RS (twaat) that has played in the successful modern RS team - and the only English player next to Gerrard in the RS squad now to tell the tale. RS find it interesting reading and he's got a higher profile at the RS.

Cahill is an Aussie, aint won anything, plays for us.
Arteta is Spanish, aint won anything, aint played for his country, plays for us.

Wont sell. hahaha.:P

When I said I'd buy it, I meant I'd buy 350,000. Would you buy it tho? If you happened across a book on the shelf that was called, "Tim Cahill: G'day", would you pick it up?

Carragher's rushed out a new Chapter for that, it's in the second edition:

Lucas Neill, pt II

"It was Liverpool v WHU at Anfield 1st December 2008. There we were, in the tunnel. I looked at him and me blood boiled. I knew he'd read the first edition of me book, like, so he must 'ave been expecting something. I said to Stevie, 'Im gonna do this ozzie **** kidda'. But Stevie reminded me I was on me own, like...so I just let it go. One on one...Only a fool likes those odds, know-warra-mean-like?"
