We had some feedback that it's not easy to dip in and out of the forum to get the latest news.

Perhaps, understandably - we're a busy forum and we can't be all things to all people.

To help, - I've put together an Everton Newswire. It can be found via the 'What's New' section - direct link is below;

Google News articles on Everton. I’m gradually blacklisting clickbait and unreliable sources so they'll be filtered out.

Less is more with it really. it's intention is to pull through the important, reliable updates so people can be updated at a glance but if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

We'll be trialling/developing it for a year, if it's used I'll renew the software.

I'd put it right to the left hand side of the nav bar. It's not readily visible on your phone when it's on the right hand side. It's a nice feature to have, particularly during transfer periods.

Yeah good shout. Been meaning to suss WhatsApp for a while. I think you need a separate/phone and SIM to have a WhatsApp channel. I'll test it soon an come back to you.
