I believe that he's on a consultancy basis and not a full time employee. And if he is a kopite, I'd imagine he will do the same when Manc ****ty played the rs, whatever he did then. I don't know if he's loved up by the rs, but his stay was incredibly short.

So long as he does a better job (whatever that job is), then I'm happy.
 
think most are missing the point here. this fella has been recruited as a PR consultant, hes using his own PR firm. hes going to give his best as its his company profile on the block, who he supports is COMPLETELY irrelevant!

Interesting distinction that mate.

I wonder what his role will be? Will it to get stuck into all the press, radio and tv people to promote Everton as a club worth others taking an interest in and investing/buying? Or will it just be to make a fist of countering the runaround the club have been getting of late from fan groups in the media?
 
So should we start vetting everyone that works for the club? "no you cant have a job because you support tranmere, sorry" be real davek it doesnt matter who he supports he HAS to make this work to get his PR firm up and running. we are his biggest clients since he started this firm, if it was me starting the firm and i was approached by either the s**te or manure to work for them i would jump at the chance to have huge names on the book. And damn sure i would give 100% to making it work, because my livelyhood depended on it.
 

Cant say im dissapointed he certainly wasnt liked by the fans. Be interesting to know the dynamic pof his departure, has he left by his own volition, did he receive a golden handshake or was he guilty of gross misconduct. Frankly i would think it was one of the first two.
