That's a nice way to describe someone you don't know anything about, local pissheads.

They might be a really nice happily married couple who just fancied a few outside on a warm night.

this. what's with this attitude the past few years that having a drink anywhere outside of 8-10pm on a Saturday night and Christmas makes you an alky
previous generations would be laughing their heads off at these mary whitehouses

honestly drug dealers just supply an in demand product, if they go around with violence then that's the issue, not the drugs

either way legalisation is the answer
To be honest whwre I live now is worse for it. Before I moved here a house down the road got shot at by dealers because some others have moved in the area and got corky.

3ven all these machete attacks going on bootle way and whatever are all drug related. Most teenagers killed are targeted. Hell go to anfield and it's bad for it.

Just generally back to where I live. I just see it as a decent place as long as you don't pee anyone off lol

standard feel good piece by local journalist written in order to please our fans and give them an excuse to make vague wishy washy statements about how this 'sets us apart'. Fact is good stuff like this happens up and down the country every day, it's not some inherent quality that only Everton fans have and yet some of our fans will leap on articles like this and use it to claim we are 'special'.

that's down to the daft drug war mate, invite career criminals into a market and remove legal means to settle disputes and you get this nonsense
see alcohol in 1920s America
the dickheads who deal drugs because it's profitable would be dickheads anyway, but their association with the drug trade (and henceforth massively increased revenue and influence) rests on the heads of politicians and rags like the mail and everyday people who keep drugs illegal when it's entirely a health issue. and this will continue to be the case until we start treating addiction as a health issue, stop trying to legislate the choices of adults and above all stop adopting this daft holier than thou approach to the subject

sorry if I went off on one, but this is one of the issues that annoys me

I do agree. Especially for things like cannabis which is it was regulated and controlled then it would solve the majority of these gang issues. Most drug raids even are for cannabis farms in attics which in turn increase the tensions between dealers. I know a mate who used to deal small amounts, buy then sell on and he told me the paranoia he had carrying it, imagine that for people involved on that world!

My knowledge only stretches as far as that like, but for something so simple as cannabis I agree that legislation rather than banning it would be much more intelligent to move. The minute you provide the product, there is less need for people to risk their backside for a few quid.

Very trusting her, leaving the dog with them. Imagine she was a nut case and when they arrived back to the house, shed cooked the dog and was offering then dog baps.....with fruity curry shed made out of a budgie she was minding for a nephew.

What i cant understand is WTF would you take a dog on a 600 mile round trip to bake in a car....hahahaha

that's not on at all that

fruity curry is NOT okay

As I was leaving the ground last night a police horse farted right near my face. I'm talking a good 5 seconds & sounded very wet. So much so, I actually checked my face for residue.

I now understand I was merely subject to some cosmic balance.

It's lovely to read stuff like this. Restores my faith in humanity.

As for horses, they can fcuk right off. I'll keep my distance in future!

I don't care why someone took a dog to a match. I don't care why someone was sitting on their front step having a tipple. I'm just happy that we've received some very positive publicity, and probably gained a few extra fans, or at least people who will have fond memories of Everton, in the Yeovil area. I do care however, that I had to open a link to the Liverpool Liverpool Echo.....

Well said. Seems we have a few two-bob-snobs on here. Shame on those riffraff Not having a back garden with a gazebo!!! If more people sat outside their front, there might be more community spirit & less antisocial behaviour. And any dog would be happier in a car with it's owner than 10 hours stuck in chewing the carpet. Some people just see the negative in everything.

Also thought it was a nice touch that the 900 got a good round of applause, which they deserved. They never stopped singing. That's how footy should be.

Was actually lifted from piece from the local Yeovil paper.
I've lived all over the country, without a doubt there is an inherent hospitable nature to people from Liverpool that doesn't reflect the majority of the country.
See the Brexit vote results as an example.
