Football absolutely stinks, doesn't it?

It still baffles the hell out of me that you can get paid off for being sacked , for under-performing and not hitting your kpi's. If most folk in a job get sacked they get the remaining holiday pay and a p45, football is really dumb and these guys don't even need the money like normal people would they're greedy bassssrs to a man.

Good ones

Why? Because he stayed here 11 years boring the tits off us all?

he was a dullard and most wanted the beaut gone at the end. He was there to serve a purpose, he did that but stayed on 8 years too long.

Moyes best finish was 4th, Martinez best finish was 5th.

It’s quite simple when you view it this way.

Moyes had a couple of 5th place finishes too, an infant could work out who was the most successful out of the two of them.

Not disagreeing he stayed too long though, though he did have a decent last season as well.

THINK Everton might win this one.

Clearly this arrangement with the Netherlands is not a commercial, at arms length transaction and Everton are being taken for a ride.

You cant mention Moyes in the same sentence as Koeman and Martinez.

He did far better than both of them combined and took over a very different club than either of them.

Moyes is without question our best manager since HK, without question.

You can't respect Moyes at Everton without respecting Allardyce at Bolton - think Moyes averages out 2 places higher over course of their spells at respective clubs. Similar runs in cups.

...as if Moyes is above criticism as an Everton manager. Pure revisionism. He was 'kin dire.

Still side stepped the content of my post. You have on your brain RM's first season, as though that was the be all and end all. Rmwas dire in his last two seasons, RK was, Moyes was, Walker was, how far back do you want to go or would you like to come back to the present and the real world, PS BFS is dire as well.

Last two seasons included the dire cup performances: last English club in Europe; two domestic cup SFs.

72 point seasons and cup semi finals and 2 mid-table finishes....what wouldn't we give for some of that now?

Move on Dave, stop wishing and hoping. Think you will find that overall the record of dire Moyes was better than RM, just a wee point but me I am not living in retrospect land. I look at now.

BTW would you be happy with Fonseca if he was manager???
