The odd time something's gone wrong, I've rung them up and they've always been dead helpful and sorted things out efficiently.
On the other hand, I have found that emailing them with a query can lead to a big fat nothing, which is a bit poor in this day and age.

They are better than they used to be, years ago they were useless, you were better off asking in the Goodison Supper Bar !!

haha exactly the same thing happened to me - I'd booked hotels and everything. I didn't pursue it though.

I was really angry at the time and conveyed that through my e-mail, I buy tickete through the season and my youngest lad spends plenty from the store online so I am sure they would have taken that into account.

I used the website contact form. Heard nothing so rang them a couple of days later and got the answer I was looking for. About a week after that I got a callback answering my original enquiry. A bit rubbish really, wouldn't tolerate it in any other service industry...

When any issue arises I've just emailed the customer service address. Despite being in the US, and the time difference they've emailed me back within an hour. They were courteous and helpful.
