Thought this would probably be better having its own thread, rather than going in the main one. I know for all you foreign lids, that a strip to swansea is going to another country. But hiring a staff member to be a point of contact for fans makes it sound like a student holiday to ibiza ha.

Safe travels to all you lids going down, lets hope i get to meet some of you. shame this game isn't in the summer as it is a nice city visit with the beach right next to the centre on a nice sunny day.


INFORMATION FOR AWAY FANS TRAVELLING TO SWANSEA

Everton's allocation is now sold out and there will be no tickets sold on the day to away supporters.

Blues supporters should not travel on the day of the match if they do not already hold a ticket.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The local bus service from the Swansea train station are 4, 4a, 120, 122, 125 & 132. A Taxi from the station should not cost any more than £10.

There is a £10 coach parking charge at the stadium.

WEATHER INFORMATION

The weather forecast is mixed with cold temperatures and rain forecast. Big coats, hats and scarves for all.

LIBERTY STADIUM

Admission for Everton fans is via the North Stand Turnstiles 32-36

Bars will be open inside the stadium for Everton supporters.

Supporters should allow enough time to enter the stadium as searching will be taking place due to the recent smoke bomb issues.

THE LOCAL AREA

South Wales Police suggest that The Harvester & Frankie & Benny's bars which are located close to the stadium will accept away supporters.

Visit Swansea’s Waterfront Winterland with two ice rinks, a festive funfair, stalls, hot food and the Sky Ride. Winterland is situated in the grounds of the National Waterfront Museum, next to Swansea Museum

There is a Christmas market on Oxford Street with over 40 stalls displaying the arts, crafts, handmade goods, fine foods, speciality products and Christmas essentials.

Everton have this week appointed an Away Fan Ambassador. As part of her duties as Supporter Liasion Officer, Christine Prior will be travelling Toffees' main point of contact for any concerns or queries.
