Congratulations to Roy Gregory for fan of the year. The man has missed 2 games in something like 60 years.

That is some record that, missing two games in a single league season is impressive. I don't know whether this bloke is well off or not but regardless, that is one hell of a financial commitment!

I don't know him too personally but to look at he's your average pub going match attending fan must be late 60's early 70's. if you go the aways you will know him, he has a squint in his eye like he's partially sighted often moving and twitching his eyes. I don't think he can actually see anymore just there in spirit! He'll be at the awards tomorrow, hopefully we will see him receive his award

Thanks for the replies. How utterly horrendous that Neville, Moyes and Kenwright have all got awards in the past few years.

Somebody said on here the other day that they hated Neville, I wouldn't quite go that far myself but I get where that poster was coming from. I never felt like he embodied the 'winning mentality' that he was supposed to have brought to the club, he didn't captain the club like Waggy and the greats either.

These big cheesy awards really should be saved for people who properly deserve them, IMO.

Wasn't Kenwrights award a bit like that episode of the Simpsons, when Homer won the First Annual Montgomery Burns Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Excellence?

£99 a ticket and probably £5 per drink. I don't see the point myself.

I don't think I could justify that in a million years, win the National Lottery like and I might go - unlikely though, particularly as I don't ever buy a ticket.

Loved some of the photos from the RS's awards evening last night, not a smile to be seen.
