If we all eat a burger, foot long hot dog, 3 pints, a twix and a packet of quavers every home game, all that money will have be spent on reinforcing the seats and widening the turntables.

At the request of season ticket holders Jazzy Jeff and Jam Master Jay

I don't give a **** how much things cost I want the board to put "loads" in, thats how the big show rolls these days and I want in.

just shows the state of our club at boardroom level, for one we need to get a bigger sponsership deal those in charge of dealing with this should be ****ing sacked and regarding merchandise sale the club doesnt help with the whole kitbag deal and the lack of ambiton shown over the past 2-3 years regarding player sales and no cash for moyes end of the day if theirs a feel good factor at the club more people will buy merchandise, if theirs an air of hopelessness then people wont bother the buck stops with the board and I cant be arsed anymore as the happy clapping tossers who are blind to the board and more importantly kenwrights bull**** make any chance of fan pressure impossible, the comments on the blue unions twitter today prove this "get behind the team who cares etc."

The debt is a symptom of a larger problem, not the problem itself.

This pretty much hits the nail on its head.

Does anyone think that Everton could actually make a profit even if the current board members were eventually replaced. I know we could improve certain commercial activities but I would be interested if anyone thinks we could actually make money in this crazy world of entertainment.

Of course not. Football clubs don't make profits unless they gouge their fans, Arsenal style. We could probably actually buy players and make a loss if run better, though.

good point mate but I think we would certainly be better off financially, we would have more income from better sponsership deals im certain and would certainly be on tv much more as with any club that has a bit of cash the media turn you into a darling look at the reaction of qpr's win over chelski as they have cash and arry as manager SSN have milked the win to death now imagine if it was your ordinary wigan or reading win you wouldnt have heard it more than once and thats because until you have a takeover and the promise of funds for transfers your just little plucky everton punching above your weight same as villa were on the tele every week when MON had the cash now they are ****e and are skint you never hear of them
