To be honest, in the club's position, I'd have done the same on that one.
I can't think of any good reason why the accounts sent out to the shareholders shouldn't be on the OS though. I think that's p poor.

Just had a look at GPSL accounts and something struck me to do with the club accounts.
Other operating costs in the group accounts went up from 28.885 mil to 30.428 mil so a rise of 1.543 mil, not to bad???
Except, when you strip out the the operating costs (exclude depreciation) from EIL, GPSL and the Everton Ladies, EFC as a company had other operating costs of 15.737 mil up from 12.507 mil or 3.23 mil or over 25%.
Can give you no explanation, but I know you guys love this stuff really.
