Sure its defensive but there are little things like picking our spots to press in the midfield and being able to string a few passes together to get the attacking players forward. Also it looks like we are practicing free kicks again.

Great goals from DCL and Ndiaye, Gueye been outstanding with 2 assists and a shout out for @bluestevon Lindstrom who’s surely putting in his best performance in blue.

I can’t relax just yet but that 3rd goal was important.

This is an Everton performance I remember from when I used to go, winning second or third balls against these sides, getting the crowd up, not pinning ourselves in our own box scared shtless of the opposition.
