Why do you complain about Jelavic? Fair enough that hes had a bad season, but he was involved in almost everything Everton created yesterday. He had 2-3 bad touches with a defender on his back, but hes the reason to why Osman header ended up as a goal, he got a penalty, and would have 2 assist if Gibson and Jags? didn't power the ball 20km over the net. He also had movement similar to last year, but sadly our wingers went for the 45 degree pass back into the penalty area, instead of between the defender and keeper, where Jelavic would've been for a tap in goal.

That was alright want it. If you watched that as a neutral you'd never think we'd concede again after our initial shock. We looked pretty professional at times. I love Distan the handsome [Poor language removed] but I hope he gets a rollicking tomorrow, it was embarrassing to concede that goal, even Adrian Chiles knew Matt Smith would score.

Mirrallas, Pienaar, Jags and Baines showed their class. They're are best players by some distance at the moment, we've got to beat Wigan now, eggs and and a basket and lets go for it. An amazing season would be to win the FAcup and finish above the RS but I'd take losing the final giving it one and a place behind the RS on goal difference.COYB.

Pienaar has been poor for most of the season and was cr*p last night......as for this comment????????

He also went 90mins being manhandled by that horrible CB who constantly fouled everyone yesterday. Give the lad a break ffs.

not much of a case you've made there, giving him credit for putting the keeper off and almost having 2 assists, he was really poor i thought and his next goal looks a million miles away, i'd give naismith a chance up top at this rate, it is his natural position afterall

SOmething GOT picked up on from the BBC match report:

Unfortunately, Everton had already added a third by that stage, Bouzanis misjudging Osman's flicked header following Pienaar's left-wing cross.

That's pathetic journalism there.

So it's his fault that the other players on the team can't shoot? And his goal will come when the delivery is good enough. He could've put the cross from Pienaar in the net, but he held his foot back to put the keeper off balance. He could've scored a hattrick yesterday if the passes were good enough, as he managed to get away from his defender without going offside several times in the box.

he has scored 1 in 14, our delivery isn't that bad, and while we're on the subject of could have and should have's, he missed an easy one on one in the first game to put the tie to bed, no excuse for missing that one, I dont want it to be the case but he's completely off the boil at the moment and i dont know why you're trying to make out that he played well last night cos he simply didn't
