I think jelavic has proved he is a good player, in two leagues too.

Naismith, has yet to prove anything.

Seriously Mirallas needs to get his head up to find the players around him. Coleman and Mirallas appear to be the two fastest players on the pitch, but they can't make the most of their speed if they don't coordinate better, and I don't think Coleman is the problem there
