Singing acts let it down a bit imo , felt more like a funeral than a celebration really and a bit cheaply put together.

I think if we had more to celebrate over the last three decades it might have been a bit more celebratory with the ex players.

To be fair the fans looked like they enjoyed it and that’s what matters.

He was chosen because he’s a now tv personality, like a fly around crap with the club and they believe he’s this big revered celebrity among the fans.

I’d rather they just picked people who were good at that kind of thing. Myers for example.
