One of the games you look at it and pencil in 3 points, if you still use pencils as it seems fancy pens have cornered where I work. Although saying that, have you ever picked up one of them retractable pencils thinking it was a pen when you was in a rush. I was fuming.

Sparking a potential all out wool war, Bolton stole Coyle a couple of months ago and since then he has in fairness moved them out of the bottom three, despite them still being absolute [Poor language removed]. The same absolute [Poor language removed] that cruelly grabbed a late winner earlier in the season to defeat our brand of even worse [Poor language removed] despite Saha bringing us back from two down.

For a number of years Bolton would never give you an easy game and had some really sound league finishes under Allardyce and now they seem to have slipped into avoiding relegation as their ambition for the season, we know these feelings very well indeed.

They do have a very average squad however Gary Cahill always comes across really solid when I watch them. Unless Klasnic has a good day or the onloan (*sensation*) Wilshere then it must be a game we should win, a la Hull, and win well.

The midfield is the real strong point of an Everton team that is benefiting from real quality in their squad for the first time in Moyes' time here and indeed for the first time since we have the likes of Harper, Richardson & Power in reserve. Barring the current injuries (Fellaini & Osman) Arteta, Pienaar, Heitinga and Rodwell can play a bit, so expect them to start and hopefully shine. Up front it could be a fitter Yakubu or non injured Saha supported possibly by Cahill. Don't rule out seeing a Yakubu & Saha front two at some point before the season ends as we have got a midfield that can operate with four, famous last words there.

Over confidence is not something that we possess as history has taught us, but this is one of them home games where we hopefully won't be on edge for the last half an hour anticipating a spawny equaliser.

Everton by a winning margin of two or more wouldn't be a bad low risk bet, and the zany Dutchman is bound to net at some point soon, so a couple of quid on him might reap before the season is out.

I'll start it off then ;)

Howard
Neville Yobo Jagielka Baines
Heitinga
Anichebe Arteta Rodwell Pienaar
Yakubu

Bench: Nash, Hibbert (Though i would prefer Coleman), Saha, Cahill, Distin, Gosling and Bilyaletdinov.

Play decent football, go for the win. b)

They won four nil yesterday, bit up and down in form really, get whopped one week, then do someone else over the next. Missing Gary Cahill yet somehow holding defence together even with the Knightmare involved. Blooded new midfielders too this season, Cohen and Lee. On paper we seem much stronger, but the same was said about Brum all three times so that means nothing. Hopefully Goodison wont be a morgue and the fans can provide the fire, heart, desire, commitment, enthusiasm and will to win that the players regularly seem to lack.
