Evening Toffees

I have a serious question for the time served members on here

I have been coming on here for about 6 years

I like to think that I have always been respectful and have never given it the big one about Uniteds success etc always had banter and can remember coming on here to offer Congrats when you beat us in the FA cup semis a few years back

Anyway its good to see Everton doing well ( those of you who know my views know I have a soft spot for
the Toffees)

However

It is noticeable of late that presumably due to Evertons improvement and success on the field there are more than a few complete numpties posting on here. They are like some of the clueless idiots that we get on some of the United forums they are no better than some of the Red Café lot

Whats the view of the proper lads on here ???

half of them are liverpool fans pretending to be toffees tbh.

i'll try my best not to speak down on fellow toffees tbh, but the numbers of new members in the least year due to the rise of GOT and the fall of others have risen quite a bit i'd suppose and of course that's always going to bring in numerous personalities.

Do you even realise how self-righteous you come across at times?

You have a manager who treated our club like dirt and then got his comeuppance - that's the be all, end all of the matter.

No ABU, no conspiracy, no "clueless idiots" - that's it. You're literally the only person who is allowed to come on here and call Evertonians "clueless idiots" and the like (including the tirade you went off on the other month) and get away with it.

It's not our problem that you can't understand that. If you REALLY can't hack the fact that Evertonians don't like your club and specifically your manager, then that's YOUR problem, not ours.

Probably down to our recent lack of success that now more want to voice an opinion on the new improved team, law of averages means we numpties get our say as well

Nah, seriously Nev, I can't really say I've noticed much difference. Even with my blue tinted specs on I know there are some Evertonians who a bit prattish but all clubs have 'em so, by the law of averages, we must have a few on here.

If someone's winding you up then ignore them, put them on ignore or, if they're being particularly obnoxious, report 'em.

nev, the amount of belters on here rose in direct proportion to Liverpool's revival on the pitch.

That's where your problem has come from. Hopefully, if and when they fall on their arses in the closing stages of this season, the Kopites masquerading as blues will trudge back down into the bunker they've been occupying for the past 25 years and we'll be shut of them.

I don't pay close enough attention. We've lost some good men it's true, but new blood always take their place. This place is a lot bigger than it was a few years ago so simple math tells you you're going to attract a few who get on your tits.

Somehow I manage to avoid getting in arguments with people...most of the time. I like to think I treat everyone with respect even if I disagree, and then ignore those who annoy me. At the end of the day it's an internet forum. It is what you make it. You get to choose which threads you read, which threads you create and how you react to other posters. It's all your choice.

I've been here since 2010 as a member, and many years earlier as a browser. I just take exception to hthese increasingly frequent posts by this certain member whenever United lose a big game and GOT has a thread that doesn't grieve about it. It's not a coincidence.
