This guy used to have my respect years ago when he was an up and coming light heavyweight but today he has really hit the bottom of the barrel.

Few may realise that he has been over here promoting his biog, in the shops now, in fact last Thursday he was in Waterstones in Bold Street saying hello to his fans. More on this later

Today out hero admits he would like to fight Tyson, a washed out punch bag, one more time and go on to fight for his fifth world title. The media pay his pronouncements serious attention befitting a former champion.

I would just point out that when he was in Bold St, he would not sign his book or shake hands with any fans because of injuries sustained throughout his fight career. This prick who can't please his fans in such a fashion is wanting to fight for a title, it is a joke of the worst kind, Joe Public expected to pay good money to see two wash out and washer up has beens one of whom can't punch and the other can't take a punch.(n)(n)(n)

its money and its a shame.

don king owns tyson, and he could fight on till he was 90, he'll never get out from under the self styled king and mafia don of boxing.

holyfield must have some illegitimate kids somewhere, because he has his millions, why he wants more now seems a little odd.

as for the signing things, maybe he has been looking at ali signed collectables and thought ''i'll have some of that''.

macarinelli vs haye this weekend.

vbookie for starters.

allegedly the two best cruiser weights in the world, and four belts at stake.

being played like benn vs eubank. but i'll be in the cold cold ground before i agree with something so outlandish as that.

Suits Ali only signs with a scribble, it so unclear you need a cetrificate to back it up but he will do it for nothing when charitry is involved as long as you pay the postage. Tiger Woods won't even do that

Holyfield - Spanner. Tyson - idiot. I wouldn't even waste my time watching it illegally on the internet!

Everything is about money these days, even for those who have it.

thats the point, if legible stuff is worth mega bucks, then maybe not signing while he still can on the sly makes financial sense.

regarding maccarinelli V haye, i have watched these two fighters throughout their career and this is going to be one hell of a scrap!!

this is what boxing is all about two evenly matched fighters putting their belts on the line to see who is the best, not two washed up hasbeens after a bit of the limelight again.

i have no idea who will win the fight on saturday/sunday but i can't see it going past 5 rounds!

Hayemaker looks a good fighter I've not really seen much of Maccarinelli but have been told he's just as good as Haye.

Might make for a decent fight for a change, De La Hoya v Mayweather was crap...as was Hatton v Mayweather, actually it could be the fact I just don't like the way Mayweather boxes....he boxes clever always on the backfoot never looking to trade blows doesn't really make for a decent fight.

hayes biggest problem is he keeps his left hand low so he can whip out his jab but if maccarinelli cathes him with his big right hand haye will not get up.

and I think he will, Hayes has been shaken by punches from fighters a lot weaker than Enzo. It will be interesting and in truth as they are both big hitters anything can happen(y)

Welcome to the forum Harry

Very true haye will come into the fight alot heavier but it will only take one punch either way.

i keep changing my mind on who will win thats what makes it such a great contest.

cheers monty
