Same, must confess I haven't gone out of my way to watch him and wasn't aware of the stuff about potential attitude etc. but if you had suggested to me at any point over last 18 months we would sign him I would have been astounded.

He's certainly a talent. It's an interesting case, in a vacuum Brighton don't tend to sell on the low end of a player's value, which I think at this point they would be doing with Ferguson. So, it sorta colors the view of him at the moment.

If there’s one club not to buy from, unless you’re a Premier League super club who can pay well over the odds, it’s Brighton.
