Yes under certain circumstances, 'legal' or 'unofficial' - sometimes it just needs doing.
you wouldnt let a dog suffer needlessly...yet you or I could spend 6 months just wasting away in great pain

The same here ,I deliberately still stick to English in public so that I can say I didn't understand the instructions on her medicines .

Sure it would, perhaps a 5 year or so delay and continual checkups on your mental health. I guess it depends on the reason you want it.

They will never go for it though because euthanasia reduces the capatalist workforce

My mum and dad's entire life savings - much of which they wanted to leave to our family, have been swallowed up in less than a year by the old folks home my mum now needs. The remains of my dad's teachers pension that passed to my mum (my dad only enjoyed it for 1 year), dont go anywhere near covering it. If the government's covud strategy to kill off the elderly doesn't get her, the state will have to put her into one if their sheds next year.

I think that ultimately an individual should be free to chose, BUT. . . . .

One piece of legislation cannot possibly be used to sort this out. There are far too many variables on a case by case basis.

There have been many decisions I've taken in my life which, given the benefit of hindsight, I would not have made.
There are many, many people who have been on the verge of suicide, who with the benefit of hindsight, are now grateful that they did not make that decision.
This is one decision where you can never have the benefit of hindsight.

So sorry about your situation ,being out of the country for a long time means I don't know of the ins and outs of the government schemes .

Do you get a stay of execution if you’ve ever paid taxes? If this plan of yours is ever put in place you’re going to see crime skyrocket as no social services exist and you either have or you’re dead.
