Don't want to get to ahead of ourselves here, but if the ****e win the micky mouse cup and one of the top 6 win the fa cup does that free up 7th? Surely we can catch Newcastle and Stoke right? With our new boss team coz that Jelavic is gonna bang 20 in obviously. Either that or win the cup! I'm buzzing from a great day for us yesterday

So what do you think? Will we be playing once more against the top European giants such as Metalist Kharkiv next season?

You still a bit punch drunk from last night lid?

We are always a bit stronger 2nd half, so you never know but I wouldnt put a bet on it.
However with the other teams around us not exactly setting the prem on fire, you never know.

We'll win the FA Cup and get there on merit, not by default.

If we can avoid Spurs, Arsenal & Chelsea til the final we've got it in the bag*.

There's a chance but Newcastle are still a strong side ( hate to say it) when they get ba back.

We'll loose Donovan which could derail us a little.

Would rather win the cup... Which would be quite ironic this of all years!

We have a tough run of games and while we should be a lot better after this window (hell, alone not starting Saha gives us a tenfold chance of scoring) and if Jelavic settles in, we could be a real threat but we need to be very very successful to guarantee europe via the league. I'm thinking that the cup might need less famous wins, and bring silverware as well as a ticket to europe.

A good FA cup run seems to be our only hope, however after the 5th Round draw, it seems that all the remaining big teams will all progress so there's a good chance we will need to be at our very best to even progress to the semi's.

However there's certainly a feel good factor around the place after the last two games and the transfer window. Lets hope it continues
