Its an absolute farce.

UEFA are a bunch of money pandering set of clueless ****s. Liverpool get the late night kick off because they're Liverpool/Champs League club...who are [Poor language removed] nowdays and wont be in the Champs League next season. Absolute joke. I bet that they find a way to put the RS back in the Champs League next season.
