Beating a Ukraine team that went 1-1-3, and no one else that advanced beyond the round of 16 while drawing Scotland and playing all games at home aside from the aforementioned at home just doesn’t look as impressive as you seem to want it to. Actually funny these two have played one good side each. We’ve played two (one of whom we share here). Yet we might apparently get stuffed 5-0 vs them in the final.

Italy got a lucky VAR call go their way against Austria in the last 16 before going on to win in Extra Time

This now is Spain’s 3rd tie in a row to go to Extra Time, having blown a 3-1 lead against Croatia before finishing tired legs and benefitting from the Swiss bottling their pens after blowing a lead again

Got zero problem with England winning it

Southgate is a bit of a drip but seems a decent chap on the whole and I'd be very happy for both Pickford and DCL to have some success and then bring that positive energy into our new season

I’m not even massively sold on us I just know this tournament, so far, has been a breeze for us and we’ve beaten two massive sides along the way. It’s the first tournament I don’t have that “oh no” feeling before every game.
