The Roast Beef, Gravy, Roast Potatoes and Yorkshire Puddings are a given on my table. Its the veg that I'd have multiple choice on. My Roasted veg are normally Carrots, Parsnips, Broccolli, Green Beans & Beetroot. Sometimes I do a Cauliflower cheese on the side too.

I'll wait for the masses questioning me on the roasted beetroot but if you haven't tried it, its a must. Also its made from whole beetroot thats diced, not your crinkle cut pickled variety.

Venison is an excellent shout. So lean, so tasty - I must have about 6 kilos of it in the freezer.

Had roast beef today. Yorkshire puds - though I couldn’t enjoy them quite so much after unforgivably leaving them out of the poll - and a pre-Chrimbo outing for sprouts, so the kids don’t feel too blindsided on the big day. House will smell ghastly later, but it’ll have been worth it.

Stuffing
Roast potatoes
Roast parsnips
Carrots
Yorkshire pudding

My uncle used to put ketchup and salad cream on his roasts. I still have traumatic childhood memories of sitting around the table at Christmas trying to stop myself from wretching at the sight of him scoffing down this awful curdled blend of salad cream, ketchup and gravy.

Never made a roast dinner today , making a home made chicken chow mein in a bit …

I did however make a strawberry trifle which I’m looking forward to gettting stuck in to later

Is this a world first for 'gravy marie rose'? imagine the cross contamination on sprouts or heaven forbid cauliflower-cheese. not even jesus can find salvation...
