Twitter has been a godsend for bollox gossip, self appointed "in the knows" and those who say "we will only tell you when it's done" ie we have no idea ourselves but as soon as we hear it, we will broadcast it and claim the credit.

I have no idea if this is true but social media has taken over from the newspaper gossip columns for the bulls~#t source of choice. So ignore most of it.
