That keeper was a foot off his line when that was taken, one of those forgotten rules along side the 6 second rule!
Wonder why managers or the commentators never mention it though cause keepers are so blatant doing it and there are 2 officials right there watching them.
Then again, this commentator thought a penalty is dead once it hits the bar.
