End of management careers

It's easy to chart the demise and end of a playing career, but not so much for managers. Many are expected to return but don't, so their demise usually goes unnoticed.

So I'm wondering about definitive moments (sackings) that you can pretty much say 'their management career ended right there'.

Mike Walker is a simple one. Anyone else? Not just Everton, obviously.
