Elstone is the lynchpin. That idiot would have had us in a 40k seater in Walton or Kirkby if he’d have had a shred of competence about him. Fortunately he was a complete clown so we didn’t blow the chance to move to the docks.

its not hard to understand why he hasn't gone yet. Like any workplace he will have a notice period to work and we can work on getting a replacement while he is still here, even if he is useless.
