A close member of my family has been a heavy smoker for about 3 decades and in her older age she is starting to develop an extremely bad cough, she has never had any luck with quitting before (she has never tried that hard either...) but now seems a bit more willing to try and give up given the pressures put on her by other members of the family.

she currently smokes about 30-40 a day and i was thinking about getting her an electronic cigarette pack. I've no real idea how these work other than i've heard from several people that they really make quitting a lot easier.

does anyone have any suggestions as to where i can get them from and what ones are good ?

cheers

Our tesco pharmacy sells some mate they fly off the shelves called nicolites. You can buy a basic starter kit for £20, comes with 3 cartridges and the actual electronic bit. It also comes with a charger so you only need to buy the cartridges after that. Which come in 3 strengths and 3 different flavours, tabacco, menthol and cherry. The cartridges are £6.95 for 3, each one is about 25 cigarettes worth I think. I don't smoke myself but heard great things about these and I know we sell them as soon as they come in.
