Cavani isn't a poacher. At his peak he was one of the pioneers of the "defend from the front" forward approach.

His legs may have gone now, I dunno, but poacher is the wrong word for what he was at least.

He was legitimately world class as recently as two or three years ago.

Most of his goals were one touch, never seen a striker so lethal with his finishing when he only has a split second to react. Didn't mean poacher to sound as if he only scores tap ins, but he's not a striker who dominates defenders or out do them for pace or regularly score worldies. In this league at the age he is all he'll do is sit in the box, but teams with any sense will man mark him our of the game.

I know he's on a king's ransom but I would say if he manages to even hit double figures it's a good return.

United crying about £70m loss up into june because of covid. Excuse whilst i don't cry for you seeing as you went out and gave £200k a week to a striker you didn't need whilst keeping hold of a £100k a week keeper you didn't even include in your squad. Idiots.
