From tonight's Guardian:

Exeter City, who are 11th in League Two, will host Jürgen Klopp’s Liverpool in the pick of the FA Cup third round ties following a draw that also pairedTottenham Hotspur with the Premier League leaders, Leicester City, and non-league Salford City with the Championship’s Derby County should the Northern League Premier Division club beat Hartlepool in a second-round replay.

Er ok? If you say so...

Ha ha so disrespectful to Leicester and Spurs which will be a cracking tie, a lot better than watching Liverpool's B team con Exeter out of a place in the fourth round thanks to the usual referee assisted penalty win.

They did the same on the radio this morning, the reporter mentions the 3rd round of the cup draw had been made, and one of the stand out ties was Exeter v the RS, he does then mention our tie though.

That's insane. Middling prem side faces middling L2 side. Whooppee.

Middling prem side potentially facing non league side, that's more like it, surely?

The media are so clearly desperate for a headline making manager now that Ferguson has gone and Mourinho has fallen from grace. The fact that the 'zany' Klopp eagle has landed at one of their favourite clubs means that everyone should brace themselves for the new 'love in'. We're in for a long bumpy ride.
I can't think of any criteria you could rationally apply for saying that Exeter v rs is the 'pick' of the 3rd round ties. There are 5 all prem ties and more chance of an interesting upset in the Wycombe-Villa tie and the possible London derby Chelsea-Leyton Orient (or Scunthorpe).

They spoke about nothing apart from the UTD game and the RS game before ours last night

has that knob answered :D

i don't follow him, didn't check to find out. only aware of it as we have several British ex-pats living in Tucson in our football group, a red, a Blue, and a horsepuncher along with a couple dozen Yanks... the horsepuncher did it as a wind-up to the red.

and everybody laughed.

Isn't it just a guest appearance and others are guesting each week?

You can only hope so. I can't stand Carra but he is a very good pundit and a begrudgingly accept alongside Neville they were a credit to their job.

Bellamy was useless. In fairness "Lamps" wasn't much better.

Bellamy looked like a dodgy on course bookie. He was terrible as a pundit, starting every comment off with "Look, what's happening is..." and ending his thoughts off with "...I really do [think that]"

His points were obvious and usually very debatable.

I work in Exeter, so if Exeter beat them really would be my pick of the ties :)

Maybe they think its two of the most evenly matched teams in the draw?

Yes and he is not particularly articulate. A lot of people confuse Carragher's accent to mean he is stupid. He is actually a strangely articulate and intelligent pundit, as was Neville. Bellamy re-hashed old clichés.

My sky app was all about " pic of the bunch tie RS against Exeter"

It is actually embarrassing their love in with the sh1te.
