The Echo live page:

Klopp is shown a 'The Normal One' t-shirt, and asked about the attention he has received since arriving...

"Yesterday I was having dinner with Zeljko and Pete, and our wives and they wanted a photo. But I had to say no, because every photo they take is on Twitter.

I'll give it six months and this feller will end up in Kenny's old room in Ashworth.

...Himmelherrgott!

Just seen the press conference , honestly the fella looked and sounded a bag of nerves to me! Not being horrible but I can see him getting carted out of that place a gibbering wreck!

I think getting Klopp is a statement of intent that the likes of Spurs can not hope to match.
As Liverpool have finished below Spurs in five of the last six seasons though, unfortunately I think we do have to consider ourselves to be competing with them at the moment.

i could write one massive list labelling big name players that spurs have signed in the last 7 or 8 years that liverpool could only dream of signing.

Ha ha, this the same Spurs who have won the same number of trophies as them in the last 9 years and qualified for the champions league more times as well as finishing ahead of them 5 out of 6 seasons? Laughable arrogance once again from the self entitled ones.

i feel sorry for klopp, he doesn't know what he's let himself in for.

He's finding out pretty quickly by the sound of it. If they do actually beat Spurs on Saturday (a club they generally do well against regardless of form) it's bound to go up another notch or two as well.

Like I said earlier for his long term sanity it's probably better if they don't win any of these next 3 games other wise it's going to go from hysteria to mania pretty dam quick.
