What with him lobbing coaches under a Number 10 bus, his Gerrard shaped comfort blanket being in LA, and several decent/experienced/"big" players seemingly stalling on contracts, the managers job at Liverpool looks a very lonely place at the moment.

It looks like FSG are getting rid of the Rodgers regime by instalments.

Rodgers will wear just about anything to keep the job (which is how he ended up with a transfer committee and how he's allowed himself to be humiliated by Werner this week over targets to hit next season and now the sackings of his staff). It'll be interested to see who replaces Marsh and Pascoe. I fully expect any new staff appointments to be FSG anointed figures.

What a shambles for Rodgers. Free signings and Danny Ings they're now allowing him after the massive cash spree brought nothing. Cant he read the runes and just have some dignity and walk? It's embarrassing. Even the die hard cultists have deserted him. He's a figure of fun and he must know it.

This sums it up. I thought deep down he'd have no dignity, sell everyone under the bus to save himself. He has basically done a Moyes.
