Just caught the post mortem interview on the radio. Fair play to Brentano he's taken full responsibility.

Aye, according to the BBC, he accepts full responsibility that:
  • His players' passing is too tentative
  • There is not enough intensity and togetherness
  • Confidence is low and the team is conceding poor goals
  • They are not aggressive and not playing as a team.
Funny how when he accepts full responsibility, he manages to offload it all on his "underperforming" team. Of course when they win, it's down to some specific tactical change he made at a vital moment.

I can't drop Slippy - the Huyton mafia will duff me up

Well they do know where he lives.

Seems like Mario is definitely at the right club.

Meanwhile, Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli, 24, has given himself a rating of seven out of 10 for this season, despite not yet scoring a league goal, because he believes he is running more than when he played for Manchester City.

I know - not one of those things is something he has done.

So why not sack that fishface at once!??
They sacked owl face 6 weeks later on 25 points. So if they're consistent Gnashers has to do better than 11 points from the next 8 games to avoid being binned....probably a lot more given that Hodgson spent a fraction Rodgers has.
