Effectively mate, what you are asking is 'why did Liverpool get the only late kick off date on Saturday?'...and the answer to that is 'so their game can be televised'.
The best thing to happen in NZ sport broadcasting the past 12 months has been the breaking of the SKY monopoly on PL broadcasting rights, since unless you were a Liverpool or Man U fan, you rarely got to see your team (unless they were playing Liverpool or Man U!). Now we have an internet platform ($149/season) which shows ALL the games live and one can pick and choose. It's brilliant.
