ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

I think Kelly is a first teamer personally. I think he's a decent player. Can't really comment on Flanagan, though.

he's better than johnson from what i've seen of him.

Oh really? I was unaware of that. Do you have a source?

I'd be interested to see his reason for turning it down. My gut reaction would be why would he?

I have a few ideas, but the swear filter will be on overload. lets just say he probably wanted to work for an amazing chairman like bill kenwright *sigh*, similar kind of chairman to Jenkins and Whealan.

Mind you, your owners have been great, provided plenty of funds, backed rodgers when he was under fire and gave him time.

I was actually unaware of any of this. Perhaps the owners are more savvy than I gave them credit for.

Apparently, Martinez didn't want to work with other people when selecting transfers. That control was important to him, and I assume he got it at Everton.

Didn't that lad you brought on in midfield used to play in goal for you?

....and wasn't it the same Kelly that England took to the Euro's (instead of Jagielka)? Its funny how they are moaning about having a thin squad, but they have spent millions on fringe players like that lad who is on loan at Sunderland. Are there others on loan that they have purchased in the last few years?

I'm pretty sure that's it.

He certainly has. As did Moyes to be fair. But that may be more to do with our owners knowing cack all about foo... but thats for another day!

You make me feel a little bit guilty about posting about kopite bells. Which is quite an achievement! Glad to see you have stuck around. GOT is proud of the culture on here, and having decent fans of any club on here is great.

Seasons greeting to you and yours pal.(y)

This. Good to find any sound football fan here. Keep it up.

RAWK....

[Poor language removed] off. 7th/8th place beckons once more, due to the corrupt officiating in the league.
