ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

It was as near to a public humiliation as you could get.

If that had happened to any of our players I would be sick to the stomach.

The affables are trying to say that all the players were busy snogging Carra, but we know that to be a lie.

True enough that, I can't believe that they're not even discussing it, we'd be all over an incident like that if it was one of ours.

They're just whistling & looking the other way. It's extraordinary how odd they are.

Yeah. They seemed a bit quiet about Webb's decision to ignore Suarez' push that enabled him to have a free header for their goal however.

It Was Fergie.

Getting Webb to give decisions in their favour is a clear indication of 'where they are at' in his eyes, why the feck would he want Chelsea to get a win up at the top, sure he'll see that he keeps them down there by allowing teams below them to take the points but noit teams that he views as rivals.

On a human level I actually felt a bit sorry for Suarez. I know, crazy innit!

It could be that the alleged half-time rant about Suarez claiming to 'carry the team' might have legs. I do hope so, because it's true right now.

Also, while I am at it - all this fuss about having only one striker - it wasn't so long ago we were fielding Felli and Timmy up front. We did ok. The other players chipped in now and then. The fault at the RS is the non-contribution of the others in putting the ball away.

The RS are now grumbling that Suarez doesn't pass when he should.

Perfidious bunch aren't they. ;)

If that is the case then Suarez is a ****bag for trying to take all the credit for a tap in.

Nonsense. You'd expect your main striker to run off celebrating if he'd just scored a crucial goal in a big away match away to one of the top sides.

After a tap in I have seen on more occasions than not the scorer running straight over to the assister or the guy who did the work.

You see it all the time so not sure why it is nonsense, it is a team game after all.

I'm not sure a header can be classed as a tap-in but, regardless of that, I'm not saying it would have been ridiculous had Suarez gone and gave the acclaim to Carragher, I'm just saying it's a bit much to call him a ****bag for not doing so. Fellaini's flick for our winner on Saturday was more deserving of celebrating than Carragher's contribution yet I'm not going to call Jelavic a ****bag for running off to celebrate in front of the crowd. Similarly with Naismith in the derby.

Imagine you're Roy Hodgson and reading that about 8th place.

As for the young team: average age over 25. Not exactly Rodgers' Babes like.

The feller's a con man.

Sure is. Enjoy it whilst it lasts! They might actually get somebody decent next time.

Just been on rawk as I needed a laugh and the knives are out for sahin, now his not worth the £6 million and looks out of his depth in the premier league, was this not the bloke that was branded world class before he had even kicked a ball for the ****e,allen and sahin was a dream made in heaven for them,oh dear how times have changed.

It's amazing how they need a scapegoat to pin all their failures on. Listening to their fans last year, you'd think the only reason they hadn't won the treble was because Charlie Adam was in their midfield.

I wonder if even one single fan of theirs realises they are bang average in pretty much every position.

Yeah you're right, it always has to be one or two people at fault. No more. It's not like they've declined as a club or anything.....

It's been Rafael (who ironically a lot want back), Lucas (now the best DM in the world), DEM YANX, DEM UVA YANX, Roy, Comolli...... The list goes on.

Us, on the other hand will recognise when we are sh*t and will accept it. Although saying that, Neville has been in for some unfair criticism this year, but that's another topic entirely.
