ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Still no widespread reporting of the large numbers of rs fans who were left stuck outside the ground at kick off - not quite the same scale, but very similar to what happened at the Paris CL final last season? Why aren’t the pinkies threatening to sue everton and the pl for what happened?

We must ask ourselves What happened to create this issue, yet again with Liverpool fans, at a stadium that has had no significant issues with away fans gaining access to the ground across multiple fixtures in league and cup matches for umpteen seasons?
I decided to watch the recording of the game before, I noticed this from an aerial shot, and 2 minutes into the game commentary mentioned fans still trying to get in, but they don't say which fans and why

They're in for trouble if they start anything in Naples, there are some well shady guys there. In 1990, I had a mate who lived in Rome, so I went over for the World Cup. We drove down to Naples for the England Quarter Final against Cameroon, and we'd already been warned about Naples.

The way it was explained to us by a local from Rome was that there is a North South divide in Italy, but the opposite to here, with the affluent North. He said People in Milan look down on people in Florence. People in Florence say 'no, we're not southern, we're northern', and look down on people in Rome. In Rome they say 'no, south is Naples, we're north'. In Naples they just shrug and say 'Yep, we're southern. Now give us your wallet'. :D

When we got there and parked up, a guy came up to us and gave us the old 'mind your car' thing. Only instead of a scally kid with a bike it was a grown man in his 20s. Also, instead of 'a quid mister', it was a tenner. Ten quid in 1990! Still, we paid up as we had a good idea he would deliver on the protection racket threat otherwise.

When we came back after the match they'd put a brick through and nicked the radio anyway.

That's Naples.

Enjoy it Redmen. You'll be juuuuust fine...

At the time I thought it could have been a red, but Peter Walton explained on BT that because initial contact was low on the shin that made it a yellow. The biggest contact was on his foot, which made me think after the fact that yellow was probably the correct decision. As was said, if the referee had given a red card, it wouldn't have been rescinded.
Everyone knows you can’t break bones low on the shin ??‍♂️

we know which fans they were as we know what part of the ground it is, so the lack of further adverse comment speaks volumes as we all know how they love to milk a drama or a tort.

Usually only about 40-50% of them with tickets actually travel to these games
