They were primed for all this by that weird get Shankly and his "football is more important than life" BS...which they then took to Heysel with them and destroyed forever the lives of 39 people and the tens of thousands of family members who feel that loss to this day.

They should have been forced to shut down in 1985 and Anfield bulldozed.
