ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

The 'apology' is a nothingburger, at least for those attempting to clumsily push the pro-RS narrative.

Quote from this report:

------------
The apology, which Liverpool supporters have been calling for all week, stopped short of Uefa accepting responsibility for any of the serial failures that marred European football’s showpiece season finale. Nor did Uefa retract the two statements made on the night, which instantly blamed Liverpool supporters for the delay, first alleging “late arrival” then claiming the problems were caused by “thousands of fans who had purchased fake tickets”.

Correct.

It's a perfunctory statement by UEFA.

Make no mistake, after seeing massive stadium disturbances in the last 3 finals Liverpool have played in they wont be leaving them much leeway to do the same in the future.

I can see Liverpool *struggling* to get the results they want to get them to the next few season's finals, and thereafter if they get there the system of screening the stadiums from swamping will be in place and working like a top.

Liverpool's blag culture has had its last hurrah.
