It’s all a very convenient distraction from the fact that they had geared up for a quadruple + Everton relegation and they got two cups they don’t care about + Everton survival.

The stairwell closest to the corner flag was rammed.

I also have absolutely zero doubts that Parisians were also bunking in. The footage in itself shows locals bunking through. Exactly the same as the Euros.

Think regardless of the ticketless, there would still have e been crowding, Over the Top policing and blaming.

I feel for the actual ticketed fans tbh, they’ve came to enjoy their day and because of actions of others (that includes locals too) they’ve had a mare, result aside, it’s meant to be the crowning pinnacle in club football and it’s just went wrong.

This lad has shown creativity, but I’m sure hundreds of others just did what they needed.

What is worst about that tweet, is all th reds telling him to delete it due to it "fuelling the fire", they are wanting to delete evidence of this stuff....so they can then ask "wer is de evidence lad?"

It’s common. I refuse to believe if we were in that position our fans wouldn’t do similar.

Some people just cannot accept not being part of the main event. Which is sad and to be honest totally embarassing.

As for the fans trying to cover it up, why? UEFA are set on. Blaming them anyway, and they’ve got a valid plgroind for some unfair treatment.

Do I think 25,000 tried to obtain entry without a ticket? No. Do I think a portion of fans did? Yes.

Why they’re pushing the holier than thou narrative is beyond me. Own it, condemn them and stop encouraging fans without tickets to travel.

I don’t understand how lax UEFA’s ticketing security is. The tickets looked like something anyone half competent with a computer and printer could knock up and if the steward numbers are low then it’ll be a nightmare trying to properly organise entry to the stadium and properly take the time to check tickets and weed out the fakes.

Surely they need to implement some sort of photo ID system for the tickets like the way Glastonbury does? If the person in the photo doesn’t match the person holding the ticket and the details on their then you can’t enter the stadium. And the only way to sell your ticket if you can’t go should be to sell it back to UEFA. Or just make it digital access only. Which obviously sucks for people who don’t use smartphones etc but maybe that’s a necessary evil.
