ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Wondering whether the Euro final at Wembley played on their mind. I dont know and it does seem too much of a coincidence that they are involved again but I think given the reports from non cult members of the press and footballing world, the whole issue was caused by the policing or organisation.
Not sure they can be exonerated so easily. That's a 'kop' out. See what I did there?

Funny, but looks photo-shopped.

Come on I need real stuff I'm fighting the good fight on other forums making sure the narrative doesn't get changed..

Plus I've got to do flag patrol at 15:00pm today, some bellends have still got them up.
im registered severely sighted / blind lad I’m not noticing a photoshop lol

Im not defending them as I said, but the narrative of all their fans fault is crumbling. Yes some of their fans are knobs but this is looking like a massive f..k up by the French in the main
I think the French reacted to thousands of fake tickets in circulation amongst kopites. Madrid had no issues . same story for milan in Athens and Sevilla in basle . History repeating itself

Look, the stade de France has held dozens of big games, football and rugby without any unsavoury incidents. grand slam rugby deciders Cup finals, internationals and so on.
The only disruption was an
attempted terrorist attack
Seems strange that bother should finally break out at a match involving LFC.

On a side note, I have a RS mate who wanted a better seat so phoned up the club and said he had sight issues (he doesn't) and asked to be nearer the pitch. They put him in the disabled section and he sat mortified through the match. Can't help thinking about that episode in the IT crowd with the disabled toilet. ?

It's obvious that these Johnny Foreigners don't know how to organise a big event...

"Since its inauguration in 1998, Stade de France fulfills this mission and offers French spectators the most exceptional events : 1998 FIFA World Cup, 2003 World Athletics Championship, 2007 Rugby World Cup, three Champions League finals in 2000, 2006 and 2022, 2010 Heineken Cup final (currently named European Rugby Champions Cup) and the UEFA Euro 2016. Stade de France will also host ten games during the 2023 Rugby World Cup (which is taking place in France), and will host some events during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games (also taking place in France).

Stade de France is the stadium that hosted the largest number of prestigious sporting events in the World.

Legendary shows were added to Stade de France's History : From The Rolling Stones to AC/DC, Madonna to the Black Eyed Peas, Johnny Halliday to U2, but also from Coldpay to the Red Hot Chili Peppers... the World's greatest artists have performed at Stade de France.

Stade de France has hosted more than 500 special events and about 35 million spectators since its inauguration."
And they've had problems once.

...at the RS end of the ground.

Added the above just to round it off nicely.

Cast your mind back a month or so:

We were staring down the barrel, five points adrift with a horrid fixture list, the Liv had two trophies in the bag and in the hunt for four: the Worst season of all time was very real.

Fast forward to now, we stayed up in the most beautiful way, our fans showed how special they are dragging the club over the line in the bad times, Lfc thought they had the title but then City woke up, and not only did they get schooled by real footballing royalty last night, but the world once again seen first hand how scum their fans are.

Lovely stuff.
