ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Ha ha!

Didn't even realise it was a poem until I got to the end and saw your comment. Thought it was a weird story!

It's actually heartening, in some ways, to see some of things on social media. It's obvious, despite the protestations, that Liverpool fans deeply care about what happens to Everton in the same way that Everton fans care about what happens with Liverpool. Both sides like to deny it but the reality is that they care as much about us, as we care about them.

To be honest I can't understand why Liverpool fans are that bothered though. In terms of success they have the upper hand massively so shouldn't really care what happens elsewhere. They have enough opportunity for joy through their own team's success without needing to revel in other team's failures as well.
Agreed lad I don't know why any fan forum needs threads on any other team

Wish even this one was gone don't care bout that lot

Footie itself stinks since the super league wake up and smell the bacon

Its funny, the genuine RS match goers seem to be saying 'well done' sort of thing, the armchair weapons are giving it large about points deductions for the pitch invasion along with their barcode mates and calling us allsorts.
Interesting. Reading through the Vieira thread I was thinking along the same lines. Regular match goers saying nothing to see here and the armchair fans proper fuming.

If they were in relegation their ground would be half empty. The tourists would be off to City, Chelsea etc etc. And they know it.
True that, in the early 90s when they were only getting gates around 34k, and Souness was the manager loads bailed. It wasn't until Houlier came in a decade later it picked up but it wasn't scousers buying the season tickets..

To be fair, presumably just promoting a book about the Justice campaign's victory in the Courts. Embarrassing poem though.
what was victorious about it? As far as I am aware, only one conviction was returned for a H&S offence, Certainly not enough to revel in its and to make money from a book writing about its 'victorious qualities'. My gast has been flabbered.
