ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Just making up stats now

It's an advanced stat metric. Used to be a big thing in the Alternative Premier League which showed the real winner of the league if you ignored the points.

It's why the rs deserved the title more when they come second to city or that asterisk titles still count more than a participation in a compromised season award.

This is yet another myth of the RS portraying them selves as ideologically progressive.

Klopp is an evangelical Christian, mainstream- liberal in his political views.

How they can portray him as a latter day Che Guevara , just beggar's belief.
Nonsense. I heard he's getting the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts in bringing peace to Kuala Lumpur and Oslo through football.

Inappropriate Language
My god, what have we done to the footballing gods to deserve this! 4 more years of Klopp, they are on the verge of the quad and we up [Poor language removed] creak without a paddle.

Hopefully all setup for them to lose everything and end up with just the Carling cup and Klopp to quit and for us to survive right?? ?

I know we're all hoping they desperately have a terrible season, but I just can't believe some of the guff on here. I'm American, so maybe I'm looking at this dispassionately as a Toffee abroad who doesn't live in the city, but come on. You can't seriously think they're on PEDs or that their entire club is going to collapse? Wishful thinking, I think.

We've done some sensible business this year bringing in Gray and good backup for Pickford, but just because they've only bought Konate it doesn't mean they're not going to strengthen. Their squad - much as it pains me - is still very good. They did finish 3rd, despite going on that awful run. I don't buy into this stuff about how they 'struggled' past Mainz or that team the other day. It's pre-season, that kinda thing happens. Do we really think we're going to breeze past whoever we end up playing in Florida? No, it'll be a slog. Because players are coming back to fitness.

And as for them not selling their prospects. Well no, they're not getting insane amounts like they were at one point, but they're doing OK in a COVID depressed market. Much better than we are, which is annoying because we should be doing better on that front. We have a good academy and apparently good people running it, yet we're unable to make these kind of profits on players.

So your a toffee living abroad who doesn't get the rivalry as you don't live in the City.............yet you had a season ticket in the Bullens road for years.........

Did you enter the City each time we had a match on with a blindfold on and some earmuffs on so that you weren't aware of any rivalry or why that lot are disliked so much

Of course you didn't you raging Kopite Gobshite ferret

18/19 cycle on
19/20 cycle on
20/21 cycle off
21/22 cycle on
22/23 cycle on
23/4 cycle off - would have been his final year
24/25 - cycle on
25/6 - cycle on - his new final year

He’s basically done an extension so he avoids doing what he did in Dortmund and leaving at the end of a cycle off season where he almost relegated them before they then had ridiculous form at the end of the season to finish top half (remind anyone of any recent season?)

This way he’ll finish up in a blaze of glory at the end of another doping cycle.

Biggest cheat in football along with Pep.

It's all from his own mouth. Jurgen's always good for a quote about current event. He's the German Gary Neville.

I recall he dodged being asked about Qatar though. Out of respect for other peoples cultures and that.
