It's not that they're better at analytics, it's just that they don't buy players they don't need. Also, having one manager for 5 years means there's less turnover in terms of personnel. You're only buying for one style of football, you're not left with players from the 6 or 7 different managers/playing styles we've had.

If we can find a manager who stays longer than 18 months, and decide on a style of play and let actual football people run things, there's no reason we can't be successful. West Ham and Leicester have managed it.

It’s amazing how they manage to keep all their players fit all the time though. Chelsea have had loads inured this season. United have had Pogba Rashford missing and injuries across their defence. Almost every team in the league can point to a raft of injuries.

Then there’s City and Liverpool just every game with a virtually full squad to pick from every week never picking up serious in game injuries.

That is why we call them a cult, it probably started off as a general observation but not necessarily in all seriousness, however, over time it has become 100% official, they are worse than Scientologists.

Wish Klopp would just do one and leave. Whilst he’s there nothing is going wrong for them. Not a single player is ever unhappy, even the ones not being picked come off the bench the one game they’d re cooled and will play a blinder. New signings come in and look world class immediately whilst every other team needs a bedding in period.

Unbelievable that in a summer window when the Germany and Bayern jobs were available Klopp isn’t even linked to either yet Ancelotti leaves at the first sniff of Madrid coming calling.

We’re left hoping Pep stays for a few seasons so the two druggies can battle it out but if he leaves or they have another season cycling off again then this lot will just romp to everything again and there’s no more undeserving or sickeningly arrogant fan base than that lot.
