13 premier league titles though, compared to Klopp’s 1. Even if you extrapolated Klopp’s win rate out over the same period as Ferguson’s he’d still only have 4 or 5. That’s before you even get into domestic trophies which Klopp has been abysmal at, or the fact that Klopp secured his title through obliterating two world record fees in two positions by almost double the previous record.

It’s stuff like this that puts me off even watching pre-match build up now on any channel, it’s always full of some media kopite sycophant spouting comeltlely unsubtantiated massively over exaggerated nonsense just to keep the armchair RS mob happy and further their careers.

The kopite cartel of Souness Carragher Murphy Redknapp etc are bad enough but there’s loads of pundits not even connected to them who are all now signing from the same hymn sheet: Jenas, Sutton, Shearer, Hargreaves, Ferdinand, Savage, Crooks, all falling over themselves in their attempt to be Liverpool’s biggest cheerleader. It’s embarrassing to watch.
