ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

RS I know is saying refs are now stopping them as the FA do not want them running away with the league and turning it into a non-contest. Says VAR stopped their third goal as it would have been game over (Not coz it was not a goal mind). I did remind him that even had it stood, and even if they had beaten Brighton, that they still would have been behind Chelsea in the league, and not, as he says, running away with it. Incredibly he then said this proves his point as so many decisions have gone against them already this season. I gave up after that, I mean, what is the flippin point when they truly believe this tripe? Funny watching them crack up and search for excuses though. They just cannot admit that Brighton did well.

They expect every club to lie down and die.

Good on Brighton today for not sticking to the script.

Not running away with the contest, they are 3 points behind the European champions, who cruised to a point against them with 10 men. ?

He's all over the shop at the minute. He's miles away from where the danger is and he knows it as well.
He gets the ball and turns sideways under no pressure all game to play 5 yard passes.

VVD a couple of seasons ago surges forward with the ball. This VVD (the one at the end of his top flight career) is a passenger in matches. It's brilliant to see. And he's frustrated - that's clear to see with all his snarling and bitching.

That Liverpool team looked leggy and lacking in energy. The wheels will come off there. The squad is paper thin in terms of quality and they'll finish way off the pace of Chelsea and City.

Maybe he's worried about his PIP interview.
