ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Fixed that for you.
I dont blame liverpool I blame the people who let liverpool make a decision to throw away home advantage, personally I made the decision I wasn't going to Evertons next home games , following the advice of this government dont make me laugh or should I say dont make me die.

So it was Rs decision? You blame the people who let Liverpool make a decision to throw away home advantage? Again, if that was the case, please link it. I’m not sure the club can turn around & make a decision like that, banning everyone, they must take advice. They were acting on advice from the Government. Can you imagine what would have happened if they did turn around and ban supporters, when 3000 Madrid fans were flying over anyway? If the government did their job & didn’t allow them to travel you’d have said it was a stitch up not allowing away fans in! Pre lockdown, people’s opinions were totally different to Covid, no one really knew what was happening & knew very little about it. Relying on the ‘experts’ to guide us. Our government made a total mess of it. Hence why there’s an inquest into it. You made a statement that they were offered to play behind closed doors and they refused. I’ve asked for the link a few times now & you still haven’t provided it.

I dont need to link anything I watched the news at the time I'm not wasting any time providing information about liverpool white washing their part in covid , to say no one had a clue when Italians was dropping like flies on the news is laughable, just like the government the liverpool hierarchy didn't care about the fallout.

The government gave the okay for fans to attend the RS v Atletico game, at the end of the day though the RS could have easily asked for it to be played with no fans there, yet they put every advantage to win the game before safety.
Correct. That’s the be all and end all of it.

We obviously did the right thing later in the week, calling our game off without waiting for anyone to tell us to do so and without a care for the consequences.

Liverpool chose to play, despite knowing all the issues as they put winning a football match, and make no mistake about it they did they were going to win, above everything else.

It was easy to say it shouldn’t have been played the following morning once they’d been humiliatingly hammered at home but far bigger damage was done to society by their actions.
