ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

mbappe warming up nicely, scoring for psg.
his big money move this summer as part of the nike deal is still on course
and theres the back up gofundme page if that falls through!

I see they have managed to raise a days wages for him already!

That Klopp is now blaming it on the game being played at the training ground
Would love to know why they bother with Mel wood if a training ground has absolutely no carryover to a football stadium

what a bell he is; all airs and graces when they’re on top and all excuses and snide when things aren’t going for them
Absolutely made for libberpewl football cult that one

can you imagine if our manager was coming out with shoit like that? Embarrassing

Anyone watching that SF between PSG and Batyern and still think Liverpool can win this trophy are barking mad.

In the remote possible scenario of them beating Madrid, they would be utterly torn to shreds by either of those two teams.
This time next week they will be back to concenrating on trying to come 4th

I'll be surprised (and disappointed) if Madrid dont run up an aggregate scoreline of 6-1.

They are out.

There is no question about it. They haven't even got the chance of lulling Madird into a false sense of security - Barcelona's collapse a couple of years back denies them that.

Madrid are building a team again, and they'll roll over Liverpool like a Sherman tank.

Its just a shame the fans can be there to see the loss at Anfield

We never learn about writing them off , I was obviously pleased that Madrid beat them last night but the tie is far from over.
What worries me more is City's slender lead against Dortmond last night and Bayern tonight slipping up against PSG

I despise them but nothing is done yet.

Exactly, one decent performance, or lucky performance against Madrid and Liverpool could well end up in a semi final featuring Chelsea PSG and Dortmund. They’d then only need to see off Chelsea to have a final against a manager who hasn’t won anything ever. This is far from over and I’d imagine that if we took a trip back through the threads after the Barcelona semi final first leg there was probably loads more people confident they’d go out.

Let's hope so. Every time they repeatedly shame themselves by acting like animals, the media love-in looks more and more pathetic.

The RS Merseyside police chief best be robust with them this time around, the massive shithouse
It never seems to change though does it?

They always do something embarrassing, the fella naked having a Tommy tank on the pole when they got to the final, shooting fireworks at the liver birds, mass gatherings when nobody else is allowed when they won the asterisk, and it still, always happens.

It's inevitable, feels like something will happen there, it'll be news for a day, then swept away. Burns me head out.

The media for them in this country's a joke, never ever hold them to account for the stupid stuff they do.

It's just a real shame that at least 2 of City, PSG and Bayern didnt get tbe chance to defeat them by a cricket score. Or Atletico/Juventus too.

As it happens they will get knocked out by tbe worst Madrid side in decades missing most of their key players.

I reckon Zidane may do a p1sstake photo mocking Anfield like Ancelotti did before sticking 3 past them in 20 minutes.

But you’re just doing hypotheticals again. Why have you put Dortmund through? Also PSG are a top, top side with some of the best players in the world. I appreciate wanting to be cautious and not celebrating their exit from the competition right now, but you’re just being a doomer at this point. As I said, they are 14/1 to win the Champions League, go and fill your boots if you’re that confident they will.

"The Reds boss had words with the referee as they walked off together following the final whistle, accusing him of being "unfair" to Sadio Mane after a seemingly red-card offence on the Senegalese by Lucas Vazquez went unpunished.

Mind you, Brych can count himself a touch fortunate.

Klopp might have been fuming even more had he witnessed what happened in the tunnel before the second half.

As the teams came out to restart the match, Brych was spotted smiling and joking with the Real Madrid players.

Maybe they were laughing about the Mane incident."

Shocking reporting from the Red Echo.
Are they trying to make sure that he gets some bullets in the post.
About time they got some of their own medicine , if they lose everytime the refs dont favour them then it's the end for them if they played in a honest league.
