why not just go the whole USA hog and have a defensive and attacking team, stop play when the ball goes over the half way line so both sides can swap teams. USA, USA, USA

Yes but as you know some teams would benefit a lot more.

I would argue over the course of 2-3 months, it will be smaller squads who will benefit alot more. Yeah for sure, Klopp lashing 100million, or Pep stick on Torres, Mahrez and Aguero with 15 mins to go is massive and will win them points, but as the real attrition kicks in with two games per week for everyone, players will start dropping like flies.

We all felt the frustration, watching James struggle on the pitch after 3 subs were made at Southampton, fortunately the injury wasnt too serious, but the smaller the squad the less rotation & the higher the injuries will be. I know this was initially seen as a big win for the big squads, but the more I look at it the more I see it as an essential for the smaller squads rather than the bigger.

Fully suspect Liverpool, City, Chelsea & Leicester (who have real depth) to pull away from the field as soon as everyone is playing twice a week

God I'm glad he got injured. Don't understand how any of our fans can say "wouldn't wish an injury on any player" when we've seen how much their fans and players are crying over this. Wish injuries on more of their players based on this haha

Who does the PR for that club? How out of touch can they possibly be? Ordinary people are going to be locked in their houses over Christmas not being able to see friends and family, probably lost their jobs, and the multi millionaire limping around his 18 bed mansion is going through hell?
