ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

We have to stop thinking about Man City. That’s 2 years ago type thinking. RS have a number of challengers this season.

People keep laughing at the suggestion, but I genuinely believe Spurs will be their biggest challengers. They’ve chucked some points away yes but they’re still in touch, they have more forward and midfield options than most of the teams in the league, they have a class keeper and a world class manager who has done it before. They also have the europa where they can rotate the team for most games until the latter stages which you can’t do in the CL.

Unless Pep pulls a miracle out I can’t see City challenging when they have no fit striker, their whole team falls apart when De Bruyne is out, and they only have two decent CBs.

All these RS players with Injuries at work.

Claims Direct will be having a field day over the park.

Why suck down buckets of their heady cattle steroid and horse placenta smoothie daily, when you can sit back and watch the Compo roll in on top of your overinflated wage?

Get them Rung.

A reminder:

Liverpool cannot win this season because physically, scientifically and morally they cannot. They cannot overdose again on caffeine because of the side-effects. They cannot keep up the pace with other substances and painkillers because the amounts needed to win the league would cause a slew of injuries. And as much as the American owners would like to win the title once again, players are valuable assets to them and they don’t need Mo, Roberto and company to break down and lose their resale value.[\quote]
